Render the vw, audi, skoda, seat and cupra templates as the drivesomethinggreater (EU Data Act) vehicle with the matching brand, instead of the native brand APIs. Mark the now-unused timeout option as deprecated rather than removing it so existing configs keep validating.

Their native integrations still work, so only vw, audi and skoda are routed through drivesomethinggreater.
Only vw and audi are routed through drivesomethinggreater.

follow-up to #30362
Point the Volkswagen and Audi vehicle templates at the merged drivesomethinggreater (EU Data Act) driver instead of the native brand APIs, keeping each template's brand identity by rendering the matching brand. Skoda, Seat and Cupra keep their native integrations, which still work.
NOTE This PR requires setting up EU Data Act data according to https://github.com/TA2k/ioBroker.vw-connect#setup-the-data-request-one-time-in-a-browser
