Dependabot's module updates do not introduce any local build, test, vet, or integration failures, but the pull request cannot pass the security workflow as written. Pin the gosec GitHub Action to the existing v2.25.0 release tag so the workflow resolves again and the Dependabot branch remains mergeable.
