• updated PageSetup() to add missing (all) class methods.
• added pycatia.enumeration.enums.py - These are python IntEnum classes that can be
  used in lieu of the tuples defined in pycatia.enumeration.enumeration_types.py.
  To use these new Enum classes see the examples which have been updated. There
  are no plans to remove pycatia.enumeration.enumeration_types.py so existing
  scripts will continue to work.
• Product.reference_product() improved message when getting reference_product fails.
