Introduce a dedicated CoverPageView with a UIKit pan bridge for cover-style paging. Wire the new transition into reader settings and localization while keeping EPUB limited to scroll/page curl. Also tune tap transition duration defaults and keep gesture coordination stable with dismiss gestures.
