chore: prepare 4.3 release and bump to 4.4

Summary

• refresh the App Store changelog for the 4.3 release window (from 4.1 to current)
• bump the project version from 4.3 (364) to 4.4 (365) for the next cycle

Context

• App Store Connect review submissions for 4.2 were canceled
• the pending iOS/macOS/tvOS versions were renamed from 4.2 to 4.3
• the updated changelog was synced to all three App Store Connect platforms
