1.0.1 — Beginner hints & tips
Adds 36 beginner hints and tips about Obsidian basics and core plugins to the bottom of new tabs. Each new tab chooses a tip at random, avoids consecutive repeats, and keeps its selection while open.
- English and Korean tips with default shortcuts for Windows/Linux and macOS.
- Official help links and a visibility toggle using the existing guide preference.

Validation: clean installation, lint, TypeScript/Svelte checks, 58 automated tests, and production build. Live Windows Obsidian 1.14.4 QA covered language changes, visibility and settings updates, 12 new tabs, light/dark themes, and a 390 px emulated viewport with no horizontal overflow. No runtime errors were captured. Physical mobile-device and Obsidian 1.13.0 testing remains pending.
Install from Obsidian's community plugins by searching for Advanced New Tab. Existing users can check for plugin updates. For manual installation, copy main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css into .obsidian/plugins/advanced-new-tab/ and enable the plugin.
