everycli v0.2.0

Merged through PR #1 after Linux and macOS checks passed.

Commands are now top-level:

everycli update
everycli doctor
everycli status
everycli balances
everycli offers
everycli earnings

The same simplification applies to setup and lifecycle commands, including init, register-hotkey, set-api-keys, deploy, activate, resume, stop, and reconcile. Help, errors and documentation use the direct forms.

everycli update still upgrades only the CLI. To apply an approved signed worker release, use everycli worker-update --release FILE. The two operations remain separate, with unchanged confirmation and admission requirements.

Older namespaced commands remain compatibility aliases so existing scripts do not break. Miner profiles, hotkeys, provider keys, balances and running workers are unchanged by the CLI upgrade.

Upgrade with everycli update or the public installer. Prebuilt binaries are available for Linux x86-64/ARM64 and macOS Intel/Apple Silicon.
