变更

5.1 蓝图回写 (blueprint/tasks.md)

  • Runtime retirement cutover:补记 Phase 1 完成进度(contract −6,400 LOC + tests −1,400 LOC + bundle rewrite + marker 退场)
  • 测试基线更新:743 → 619 tests(退役 124 测试后仍 100% pass rate)

5.7 关包 (plan/tasks.md)

  • archive_ready: true
  • 4.13-B 标记完成
  • 状态概览从 ⚠️ 部分完成 → ✅ 主线完成
  • 延后项(4.10b/4.11/4.12/4.13 Phase B/5.4/5.5/5.6)明确移交后续包
  • 已知技术债中 22 个 pre-existing test failures 标记为已清理

The sopify.json workspace stub is created by install/bootstrap, not by
the runtime engine. Move stub validation responsibility to
check-install-payload-bundle-smoke.py where it belongs.

Fixes pre-commit hook failure on repo-local runtime smoke check.
