The sopify.json workspace stub is created by install/bootstrap, not by the runtime engine. Move stub validation responsibility to check-install-payload-bundle-smoke.py where it belongs. Fixes pre-commit hook failure on repo-local runtime smoke check. Release-Sync: yes Release-Version: 2026-05-24.205420 Release-Date: 2026-05-24
- blueprint/tasks.md: update runtime retirement cutover progress (Phase 1 done: −6,400 LOC contract + −1,400 LOC tests + bundle rewrite), update test baseline 743→619 - plan tasks.md: mark 4.13-B done, 5.1/5.7 done, set archive_ready: true - Deferred items (4.10b/4.11/4.12/4.13 Phase B/5.4/5.5/5.6) move to future docs/release or installer-decoupling package - Update pre-existing test failure note (22 failures → cleared by 4.13-B)
