The timer for temporary rules does not apply if the connection is still active

Hi,

Temporary rules during a continuous connection, such as a web radio stream do not deactivate after the desired time limit (as #542).

Would it not be possible to add a PID checkbox in the pop-up for adding a rule?
This would kill this PID after the rule expires via Opensnitch.

This is one way to resolve this security issue.
