[3.2.5 - 3.5.4] Only administator see child docs

In document details, under the “Documents in Folder” tab, only the Administrator can see child documents. Other roles see only the parent document as a folder.

For example, if I open the document “News,” which contains child documents (news1, news2, news3):

• The Administrator sees: news1, news2, news3 — all with document icons.
• Other roles see: “News” displayed as a folder icon.
