Removal of deprecated link in README.md

Description

The README.md file currently contains a link to https://extras.evo.im in the References section. This website is no longer active or is outdated. To maintain the quality of the project's documentation and avoid confusing new users, this reference should be removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Evolution CMS repository home page.
2. Scroll down to the References section in the README.md.
3. Click on the link for Extras / Add-ons.
4. Observe that the site extras.evo.im is inactive or does not provide the expected content.

Expected Behavior

The README.md should only contain links to active and official resources supported by the Evolution CMS Project.
