Also when user clicks on links in PHPInfo section, admin panel should not recursively reload the admin panel.

What changed:

• System Info (a=53) now shows OPcache enabled/disabled state, memory usage, hits and misses;
• the Enabled OPcache label runs opcache_reset() when the reset API is available;
• JIT state and configured buffer size are shown;
• PHPInfo links are sanitized to avoid recursive manager-frame reloads.

• php -l src/Controllers/SystemInfo.php
• php -l ../manager/views/page/phpinfo.blade.php
• php -l ../manager/views/page/sysinfo/html.blade.php
• git diff --check

Note: visual proof was not captured because this checkout does not have a running authenticated manager session. composer validate --no-check-publish --no-check-all reports the existing lock-file mismatch and version-field warning.
