[enhancement] Outdated Extras Check

I think this can be a good solution for a lot of recent discussions about ditto/doclister and help all users to have a nice upgrade experience.

Of course, not all extras can be checked, but we can do for more important and critical.

Is just a plugin, easy to config and update in any new evo version and remove it when we do not need it anymore.

We can bundle in next releases for some times (from 1.4 to 2.0)

Actually i only added Ditto and Multitv (both needs to be updated in 1.4.0)

Any other important broken extras that need update (from extras) for evo 1.4.0?

regards MultiTV - can you update the Extras Module version? is older than the one on extras repository (and bugged) 😄

Added Multi language support and 2 languages (english and italian).

Tested - works fine for me

We could do more for people upgrading from old modx evo:

• check knowed security bugged snippet versions (like some old Ajax Search version)
• check outdated default manager themes: alert - can broke the manager - suggest delete
• check deprecated assets subfolders (media, flash..): are no more used - you can delete

Using alert-warning for medium issues and alert-danger for security issues

...and What about a Compatibility Upgrade Tool module next time? 😄 😄
something like "Is my modx ready for EVO?" (like the Windows one 😄)

It may be a good idea to incorporate this into the install, so that they know before hand that their Extras may need upgrading too.

thinking about security:

What happen if you upgrade to 1.4 an old modx evo 1.0.12, 1.2RC1 or 1.2.2, not patched with
Security FIX for 1.0.12 - 1.2RC1 or Security FIX for 1.2.2?

With EVO1.4 there is no patch for eform or ajax search files (moved to extras).
We should add an alert to update/remove these snippets too

Maybe the following would be better

You can use "no-longer" or "no longer", doesn't realy matter :)
