At the TAMU Datathon, we built an ASL detection model using technologies such as OpenCV Hand Tracking Modules, NumPy, TensorFlow, Keras (Sequential Model), etc. We trained our model on a sample of 200+ images collected from a set of 20+ widely used hand signs/gestures.
