Organize folder structure for documentation

Let's assume we'll have 200 tutorials (I know, pie in the sky). How can we maintain a directory structure that would be consistent and easy to use?

I would propose a few things:

• new content-only branch for docs (including authored API docs)
• folder structure by tutorial/topic
• document (and folder?) naming convention to make it easy to machine-build the navigation
