1. Functionality fixes
   • Fixed so that the "update user name" and "create user name" fields can be displayed and searched when searching through filters
2. Bug fixes
   • Fixed a bug where the "initial value" setting in the custom form settings did not work
   • Fixed a bug where notifications linked to a custom table were not deleted when the table was deleted
   • When a table containing a calendar view was output to a template, the "end date" was output as an ID
   • Bug where the CustomTable function "validatorUnnecessaryColumn" did not function correctly only when called from the CustomValue function "setValueStrictly"
