This adds a
toggledirective, which acts like a container for "toggle" content below.@chrisjsewell maybe we can suggest people use this for toggle-able markdown cell content
@akhmerov this also supports some "show admonition title and toggle the content" functionality. Curious what you think about it (this would probably replace https://github.com/choldgraf/sphinx-collapse-admonitions)
