Priority of issuing a command from the list

It is necessary that when calling the command, the last typed command from the history comes out in the first place (as in type and run)
. when calling the calc command, the first line appears calc.exe (calculator) despite the fact that the last command was librecalc.exe (screenshot 1)

in the "autocomplete and order" section, it is put in the first place "history" (screenshot 2)

How can I prioritize "history" without crutches? typing librecalc completely is not suitable, and renaming the command is not suitable either.

Input and list have there own isolated settings tabs, in order to control their behavior separately. The screenshot you show is of the "List" settings which only affects how the list behaves, and have no effect on the input, so the "Contains text" setting above only affects the list.

The input have it's own settings on the "Input, typing and autocomplete" tab (see screenshot below).

Input does not have a "Search type" and is per default "Text starts with", if suggestions is enabled (short form detection, fuzzy search) you could type "lcalc", but there's current no "Contains text" for input, that would mimic same behavior as list.
