Rename comment field for results in history

Request to be able to modify the 'comment' for results built up in history. Why ?

Have a KW with a link to a website. In the link, a $U$ is built in, so that a number -in this case the argument- and point directly to a correct record in a system. Using the KW + the user defined number as 'argument' will be added to the history list.
After a while quite some lines are listed -all with same KW but with different (argument number)- as in example below.
Point is that finally it is difficult to remember 'what nr is exactly what'. The default comment is always visible.

REQUEST to be able to 're-comment' by means of 'right click' and select an option 'rename comment field' for the selected history result. This only to be applied in and for 'history results' so that the 'original comment' of KW's is not changed in the editor.

By that user can give more 'meaningful short comments' for the line. When a line disappears after a while due to history built up, this renaming will be gone too and cleans itself. It's just for the short time several 'similar KW's' are in the list to better document with then line means.... (ex in this case ; the original comment "ReturnsNow - PRODUCTION - (+argument" can be changed to a customer name or some short code or...).
Guess it will make results in such situations more meaningful for use as often such lines remain for some days in the history, loosing control what the number was about.
