Clean up dockerfile

Per #163 (comment), we can clean up the apt-gets at https://github.com/modulesio/zeo/blob/master/Dockerfile#L4.

On the one hand it's nice to have Chrome install separated out but on the other hand it's probably more bloated and doesn't clean the sources at the end.
