• dz/dp for extrapolating real gas EOS by @djbower in #114

dz/dp is set to zero for extrapolating the real gas EOS outside of the calibrated range. This can significantly improve the convergence for models with real gases. In the end, this parameter only controls the behaviour outside the calibration range and should therefore mostly be guiding the solver to a solution rather than providing a physical solution.
