Otherwise `earthly +build_dev` will complain with: ``` error: failed to parse manifest at `/wolfssl-sys/Cargo.toml` Caused by: can't find `connect_pq` example at `examples/connect_pq.rs` or `examples/connect_pq/main.rs`... ```
