This PR moves a bunch of our (quite good, if you ask me!) docs out of _drafts and into the public. While some of the docs may be out of date, we can at least share them in posts like this: https://bsky.app/profile/mikemahoney218.com/post/3miwbr32zak2n
I've also taken the liberty to update the
#[extendr]impl doc as well.
