I guess with @seemethere 's change, we can just tag it and it will auto push a release, but for now, lets update the pyproject

@ezyang release action failed, I think you need to add this ghaction as a trusted publisher on pypi: https://github.com/ezyang/ghstack/actions/runs/20607973926

and then we can re-run it.
