Unhide the submit-forwarded options on the main command group so they appear in `ghstack --help`. Also add --reviewer and --label to the top-level command (they were previously only on the submit subcommand), and add an epilog noting that bare `ghstack` is equivalent to `ghstack submit`. ghstack-source-id: 86cc621 ghstack-comment-id: 4384898941 Pull-Request: #331
