Changes:

1. Regulate dashboards to use the general index.
2. Logstash multiple logstash pipelines separately for kafka/json/regex/
3. Logging persistence for fluentd container.
4. Add mapping_fields_limits and date_detection setting in the index template.
5. Add customized network setting in docker-compose.yml to avoid network conflicts with the host.
6. Add default timestamp for pure JSON data.
7. Use @Label @kafka as fluentd's match
8. Delete out-of-date environment variables
