This is simplify the stack by removing the dependencies to react, ink and apollo. Breaking change: `--pr` without pull request number is not supported

Playing with ink was a nice experiment but led to too many issues because of yoga & react.
This pull-request migrates to @clark/prompts instead and removes all the complexity needed to make ink work (no more rollup 😁)
