Objective UI-audit fixes and the first wave of translated documentation. No behaviour change to certificate issuance.

Fixes

  • Dashboard dates rendered in the browser's locale (#337): toLocaleDateString(undefined, …) meant an Italian-locale browser showed Italian month names ("17 apr 2026") inside the otherwise English UI. Pinned to en-US on the certificate table and the detail panel.
  • "Valid" stat card was green even at zero (#337): 0 valid certificates is not a success state; the value is now shown in a neutral colour when the count is 0.
  • Expired certificates showed a closed padlock (#337): the closed-padlock "secure connection" glyph on an expired cert was a visual paradox; expired rows now use an open padlock.
  • "Backend: …" deployment badge was ambiguous (#337): easily misread as "the CertMate app is down". Relabelled to "Server" (the probe ran from the server) vs "Browser"; the badge role id and the deployed-counter logic are unchanged.
  • Client-certificate stat cards used a single mobile column (#337): they now use a two-column mobile grid like the server-certificate stats, halving the vertical space.

Documentation

  • Translated documentation trees for French (#327), Italian (#338), German and Spanish (#339) under docs/fr/, docs/it/, docs/de/, docs/es/. Each mirrors the English docs structure verbatim (code, commands, links and section layout preserved); only prose is translated. The Italian set is native-reviewed; the German and Spanish sets are awaiting native-speaker review.
