docs(wiki): adoption, the false-positive class, and what the shared store buys
Three pages beside the gate reference, for what happens when the tool meets
a repository that already exists.
When a gate is wrong uses this repository's own .l0git.json as the worked
example, because it is the purest form of the class: the secrets gate fires
on the source of the secrets gate, the network gate on its own tests, and
the dead-placeholder gate on documentation that has to quote the
placeholders it detects. The fix there is narrow exclude_paths naming exact
files, which is the pattern to copy.
Adopting it ranks the three ways to silence a finding by how much they hide,
putting the inline directive first because it records the reason next to the
line and still emits override_accepted, so suppressions stay countable
rather than disappearing.
One store explains what one SQLite file behind three front ends actually
buys, the WAL and busy-timeout detail that makes it safe, and the boundary
worth respecting: the store is for triage, .l0git.json is for policy, since
CI checks out fresh and should judge the tree rather than inherit somebody's
triage.
