docs(wiki): operational wiki, sourced from the issue tracker Home, sidebar and footer, plus four pages that cover what the docs site does not: Nginx and HAProxy troubleshooting, the generation pipeline, and an FAQ. The integration guides stay on the docs site and are linked, not copied, so there is only one version to keep correct. Troubleshooting content comes from real reports: the include-placement rules (#17, #8, #6), the 4096-character parameter limit (#7, #22), and the HAProxy ACL flag that silently passes every request (#14).
