While the existing DateTimeInput is functional it seems to go against convention that the component should be a single field.
Both iOS and Android handle "datetime-local" inputs natively, modern browsers do too. Similarly, all other React UI component libraries I've encountered present as a single field leaving Astryx as an outlier.
