[Bug] Dropdown broken if RTL

Description

in the RTL environment the Dropdown component is broken

Reproduction

1. Render <DropdownMenu /> or any <MoreMenu /
2. set parent element css direction: rtl
3. click on dropdown - the menu appears far from control
