I'd like to add the Dockerfile and Docker-compose and also Nginx configuration files into the base app template to be able run the application into the Docker env. What do you think?

This is very specific feature for your concrete project. create-react-app main idea is simple build react's apps. The way how you will deploy it or how you will host it is up to you. Community of this package is too large: somebody host apps on cloud services (aws, azure, etc), somebody host directly on machine, somebody build apps for IoT, somebody create part of big apps by using cra. We coudn't able to support all of this.
I don't see any problems to find builded by community dockerfile to deploy CRA apps and place it in your project.

If you need to setup a lot of projects based on top of CRA, you could use custom template feature, and build your specific template with dockerfile included.

In my opinion, this feature is out of responsability of create-react-app.

I came here looking for a Dockerfile, so I disagree with @zamarawka.

I think having a docker-compose and Dockerfile in any project is good, after all, you're not required to use it.
