Remove Empty class block

Feature Request: 

Empty class block are not required in kotlin. 
It would be great to have them removed.

BEFORE:
```kotlin
data class MyData(private val a: String, private val b: Int) {}
```
AFTER:
```kotlin
data class MyData(private val a: String, private val b: Int)
```
