Refactor
@lexical/eslint-pluginto better support eslint 9+. Note that this doesn't upgrade the eslint this repo uses, that will be done in a follow-up, probably after release of this version.Migrate from jest to vitest for integration tests, removing the jest dependency entirely
Most of this was assisted by Claude, but I reviewed it and tested it manually.
Test plan
New integration tests for the lexical eslint plugin to confirm that it works with eslint 8 and eslint 10
All existing tests pass
