Pyrefly organization

We are interested in moving the Pyrefly repo into an organization not under facebook. This would help signal our commitment to open source and shared ownership, while also giving us a place to host related repositories. Unfortunately, the name @pyrefly is currently used by an inactive account and there is no contact email.

If anyone can help us track down the owner of the account, we'd love to talk about the possibility of transferring the name.
