Address remaining conformance gaps

Describe the Bug

All of the conformance gaps currently have corresponding unittests checked into pyrefly. Some gaps may not have corresponding open issues yet.

This link https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Afacebook%2Fpyrefly+bug+conformance+path%3Atest&type=code is a good start to see where those unittests are while we open issues.

Some of the issues that are already being worked on/have owners:

• Recursive aliases
• All variance related gaps (protocol, generic and alias)

This is an umbrella task, so I plan to link any new conformance issues here for easier tracking.
