inlayHints.callArgumentNames not shown in setting ui

Describe the Bug

Pyrefly reads that setting for compatibility, but the extension does not contribute it to VS Code’s settings schema.

So I can't see it in UI.

Thank you for scoping this out @asukaminato0721!

Confirmed that pyrefly reads python.analysis.inlayHints via LspAnalysisConfig (pyrefly/lib/lsp/non_wasm/workspace.rs:338) but the extension doesn't declare it in lsp/package.json. I have also noticed that two other Pylance-compat keys are also read but undeclared: python.analysis.diagnosticMode and python.analysis.importFormat. Fixing all three at once should be the ideal goal.

Can we confirm it's okay to declaring entries under Microsoft's python.analysis.* namespace in our extension's schema ?
@connernilsen @kinto0 If it is okay to do so, I can submit a PR that will fix this.

we specify these are for "backwards-compatibility" but they really are our settings too. I am not sure if vscode allows multiple extensions to provide these settings. if they do, this should be fairly simple
