Summary
After changing kernels, pyrefly language server seems to stop. So when I restart it, the error notification keeps popping up.
Details
The notebook view looks like this when I open a VS Code window (or reload the window):

After changing a kernel to "test" virtual environment created by pixi, the highlights disappear and the Pyrefly language server doesn't appear to work:

So, when I try to restart it via the command line, the error notifications don't stop, even though the highlights come back.

This seems to be fixed every time I reload the window.
