I noticed this since 0.68. The Perf Monitor is no longer visible from the Dev menu.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new 0.69.1 project
  2. Install and enable the new architecture USE_FABRIC=1 RCT_NEW_ARCH_ENABLED=1 npx pod-install
  3. Build and install to an iOS simulator or iPhone device
  4. Press CMD+D.
