Update AUTHORS for 0.9

Still a little time before we ship 0.9, but I wanted to get this change lined up.

For the most part this is nothing to worry about, but I'd like to give people a chance to make sure they have the right name/email address in there.

@jhiswin, @Cartas - you don't have names on your commits except for you github usernames, would you like real names?

@mcsheffrey - you have multiple email addresses, so I changed the one we use. Is that the preferred one?

@rtfeldman - multiple emails for you too, I picked the one that seemed better, but let me know if you'd like that changed.

Do I have to sign a new CLA?
Is it preferred that I use real information? I'll fix my future commits to use my real name.

I have a professional (company) e-mail that I can send privately to associate with the commit; I try not to publicizing that one, to avoid e-mail harvesting spiders.

@jhiswin nope, no need to sign a new CLA. It's not necessary to use real info, I just like to give credit where due, and an AUTHORS file typically has real names. Though @vjeux prefers to go by "Vjeux" so that's what we use. If you'd prefer a different name or email address, or to be excluded, just let me know.
