If you want, maybe it is overkill, I could write such a CI job to test on Intel LLVM C compiler on Windows. Note However, I remember it is a bit slow to install Intel oneapi on Windows. |

I noticed a commented CI job on
.github/workflows/dev-short-tests.ymltargeting to testzstdon the deprecated Intel C compiler (icc).So, I took the opportunity to enable that check for the current Intel LLVM C compiler (icx).
