"Championship only" mode

A switch for players who just want seasons and points: no reputation, sponsors, team offers or guest drives. You'd build a season, race it, and see the standings.

Planned for 1.2. Open questions:

• Set when you create a career, or switchable any time?
• Between seasons: same car and class again, or pick freely?
