Update to Node-Red 2.0 #97

A new Node-Red version has been published: https://nodered.org/blog/2021/07/20/version-2-0-released#runtime-features
We should investigate and test properly to make sure nothing is broken by this update and whether some of the new features are interesting in our use case.
