This PR follows up on #509 by replacing that PR's draft copy (as a PDF) of @fabienlombard's v4 protocols.io PlanktoScope protocol with the final copy of the protocol. As in the previous PR, the PDF copy is compressed using https://shrinkpdf.com/ .
