The
verify_release_tag.shpreflight requires a CHANGELOG.md section for every tag. The v0.2.1 tag was pushed before the entry was added, causing the release workflow to fail at preflight.After this is merged, I will delete and re-push the v0.2.1 tag to the new HEAD so the release workflow runs cleanly.
