Stuck problem with installation on appveyor (Windows) CI #4
Description
In commit b293b99, executing $ echo "" | stack --no-terminal test --only-dependencies in appveyor seems to get stuck in registering diagrams-svg but I guess this is not a problem specific to it.
The significance of existence of the branch CI/appveyor is to resolve this problem.
