links.json / dashboard-config.json / remote-hosts.json are written by the self-service Configure/Edit UI into DASHBOARD_ROOT_DIR (the systemd WorkingDirectory = the repo), so ignore them like /uploads and /share/*.png to keep the deploy checkout clean.
