Description

This PR completes Phase 3 of the Dev-Toolbox modernization overhaul. It includes three major new tools, a global search palette, significant security hardening, and a comprehensive documentation site deployment.

Major Changes:

• New Tools:
  • TokenInspectorTool: Inspects GitHub PATs (scopes, owner, rate limits).
  • EncoderDecoderTool: Supports Base64, Hex, and URL formats.
  • HttpRequestInspectorTool: Generic HTTP client for TUI.
• Global Search: Implemented Ctrl+F palette for instant tool switching.
• Security: Centralized check_token_scopes logic and shifted to Bearer auth scheme.
• CI/CD:
  • Standardized GitHub Actions with SHA-pinning.
  • Automated mdBook documentation deployment to GitHub Pages.
  • Unified CodeQL versions to resolve CI failures.
• Refactoring:
  • Shifted to a shared reqwest::Client with connection pooling.
  • Native async tool interfaces with background loading support.
  • Layout hardening to prevent out-of-bounds panics.
