SIMPLE AIS CONVERTER

Just use AIS_CONVERTER.py to run the program, but because im newbie in programming there are a few rule in this program

1. The data must be seen as Example_Data/data.csv
2. You can change the input file on program at line 116 (input_csv_path)
3. ignore the line 117
4. The result will be shown as result.txt after you run AIS_CONVERTER.py
